Digital Products
All products sold on KingTrap are digital downloads (ebooks). Because digital products can be downloaded and used immediately upon purchase, we have a specific refund policy for these items.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- Technical issues: If you are unable to download or access your purchased product due to a technical error on our end, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Product not as described: If the product content significantly differs from its description on our website, you may request a refund.
How to Request a Refund

- The email address used for the purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other payment method used at checkout).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Products on Sale
Products purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for refunds. By purchasing a product on sale, you acknowledge and accept that the sale is final and non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after downloading the product.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
